Privacy

This site lets you play our game demos and write to the studio. It keeps as little about you as it can. Here is the whole list.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which demos get played and which store links get clicked. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* that tell one browser from another with a random number; they hold no name, no email and nothing you typed. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not show ads, we do not use advertising or remarketing features, and we do not share these statistics with anyone. You can block the cookies in your browser or with an extension; the site works the same without them.

Your game progress

Every demo saves its progress in your browser's own storage on your device. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing the site data in your browser deletes it. The apps on the App Store and Google Play keep their own progress, separately.

The contact form

When you write to us from the studio page, the form sends your name, your email address and your message to Netlify, which hosts this site and stores form submissions for us. We use them only to reply to you. We do not add you to any list. Write to info@upflydev.com if you want a message of yours deleted.

No accounts, no ads

There is nothing to sign up for on this site and nothing in the demos that asks who you are. The demos show no advertising. The only connection a game ever opens is a link to the App Store, Google Play or YouTube Playables when you choose to follow it.

The games themselves

Each game has its own privacy policy for the app version, linked from its App Store and Google Play listing. The apps follow the same rule as this site: no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and progress kept on the device.
